Q: How do I locate someone's punishment history/server activity?
A: First turn on your developer mode, then copy their discord ID and make your way to join and leave logs. Then press CTRL + F, CTRL + V. Once you have done that, locate their steam ID. Copy their steam ID and follow the same steps in the ban logger.
Q: Who do I ask when I have a question and don't want to ask it in Staff General?
A: You should follow the chain of command. So asking someone one or two ranks above you is fine. Not the Owner.
